We enter the church family and become children of God,
with the Sacrament of Baptism.

Those desiring Baptism for their child must be participating and registered members of Holy Trinity Church.
Parents are required to meet with the Pastor for an interview and upon his approval, attend a Baptism class. 
The following is required for the Baptism of a child at Holy Trinity Church.

• Obtain a Baptism form and Godparent form from the Church Office
• Parents/Guardians need to fill out the Baptism Information Form and return it to the Church Office with a copy of the child's birth certificate.
• Each Godparent needs to fill out a Godparent form.  These forms also need to be returned to the Church Office.
• Father Mike will review the forms and will contact parents/guardians regarding a meeting with him.
• Parents and Godparents must attend a Baptism Class.
• We will schedule the baptism once all of the paperwork is submitted, parents meet with Father Mike and the classes attended.
